MOM’S HOMEMADE PASTA SAUCE

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1 ½ lbs. (.680 kg) ground beef

1 yellow onion, diced

1 yellow pepper, diced

1 jar (650 ml) pasta sauce

1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic

1 Tbsp. Oh! So Celery

1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt

1 tsp. Italian Rustico Seasoning Blend

1 tsp. black pepper

1 tsp. paprika

Instructions

Heat a large skillet on medium heat and add olive oil. Add ground beef, onion and pepper and cook for 15 minutes (until beef is no longer pink); drain any fat. Add pasta sauce and seasonings and simmer for 20-30 minutes. While sauce is cooking, prepare spaghetti according to directions. Serve spaghetti with meat sauce. Serve with garlic bread and a side salad.
