Quinoa Almond Vanilla High Power Bites
These no-bake bites are a powerhouse of clean energy, combining the complete protein of quinoa with healthy fats from almonds and a boost from Sta-Balance TMR Vanilla Protein. Perfect for breakfast on-the-go or a post-workout snack. 🍬 Per Bite (12 balls) 51g ÷ 12 = ~4.25g protein per ball
Ingredients
1 cup cooked quinoa, cooled
¼ cup almond flour
½ cup almond butter (or your favourite nut butter)
1 scoop Sta-Balance TMR Vanilla Protein
1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
¼ cup chopped nuts (or swap in ground flax, chia seeds, dried fruit, or a mix of seeds for variety)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine quinoa, almond flour, almond butter, protein powder, maple syrup, and your choice of mix-ins.
Mix until well blended.
Too dry? Add a drizzle of maple syrup or 1 Tbsp nut butter. Too wet? Add a little more almond flour.
Roll mixture into bite-sized balls (about 1 Tbsp each).
Place on a tray or plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for longer.
