Real Talk — this one lives in my freezer permanently
I always have these frozen in my freezer. Always.
I make a big batch — usually 8–10 wraps — smash the seasoned chicken right onto the wraps, stack them between parchment paper, slide them into a freezer bag, and forget about them until I need them.
Busy night? Pull out however many I need. Cook from frozen on medium-low heat. While they're crisping up I whisk together the Caesar dressing — which takes about 60 seconds — chop some romaine, and dinner is done.

What you need
Serves 4 · Time: 25 min
For the meat:
1 lb ground chicken or turkey
1 egg
1–2 tbsp YGY Easy Eats Caesar Dressing Blend ← Youngevity
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup breadcrumbs or GF rice crackers (optional)
For the Caesar dressing:
½ cup whipped cottage cheese or yogurt
¼ cup mayonnaise
1–2 tbsp YGY Easy Eats Caesar Dressing Blend ← Youngevity (start with 1 tbsp — add more to taste)
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Splash of milk to thin if needed
To serve:
Keto or low-carb wraps
Romaine lettuce, chopped
Shaved Parmesan

Make it
Make the dressing — Whisk cottage cheese, mayo, Caesar Dressing Blend, and lemon juice together until smooth. Add a splash of milk if it's too thick. Taste and adjust seasoning. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Mix the meat — Combine ground chicken with egg, Caesar Dressing Blend, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Mix gently until just combined — don't overwork it.
Smash onto wraps — Divide into 4 portions. Press each portion thinly onto one side of a wrap.
Cook — Place wrap meat-side down in a hot pan. Cook 4–5 minutes until crispy and cooked through. Flip briefly to warm the wrap side.
Build — Spread Caesar dressing on the wrap. Add chopped romaine, the crispy chicken patty, shaved Parmesan, and bacon if using. Fold and eat.
💡 Pro tip: Cook on medium to medium-low heat — not high. High heat burns the outside before the chicken is cooked through. Low and slow gives you crispy edges and juicy meat.
Freeze for later
Stack raw smashed patties on their wraps between sheets of parchment paper. Slide into a freezer bag and freeze flat. Cook straight from frozen — add 2–3 extra minutes per side on medium-low heat. Don't rush it.
Pull out two for a quick dinner. Pull out one for lunch. Pull out four when the whole family is hungry. The freezer does the meal planning for you.
