“I Can’t” or “I Can”? The Choice That Changes Everything
“Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t.” — Rikky Rogers
What you believe you can or can’t do says so much.
When I reflect on this, I see how many people miss out on living a vibrant, joy-filled life because of one simple belief — “I can’t.”
So I want to ask you…
Where did that “I can’t” come from?
Was it a moment in childhood when something didn’t go as planned?
A time in school when you failed or were laughed at?
Somewhere along the way, that moment planted a seed of doubt — and you’ve been carrying it.
But here’s the truth:
Your strength doesn’t come from avoiding what feels hard.
It comes from doing, learning, and rising above the fear, the lie, and the unbelief that whisper, “You can’t.”
This week, I challenge you to flip the script.
What if “I can’t” became “I can”?
What if failure became feedback?
What if this moment became your breakthrough?
Let’s go into this week with an “I CAN” attitude.
Step into something new — big or small — and celebrate your courage to try.
Drop a comment below and share what you’re saying I CAN to this week.
Let’s cheer each other on.
